4 out of our 5 bikes came from Paul’s and the 5th that keeps causing my issues will be replaced by one from Paul’s shortly. Great guys, all three kids trade in as they grow. Glad to have it so close.

Went here after a failed attempt at removing my own freewheel - they removed it in a matter of minutes and insisted it was free of charge. Rather than attempting a DIY repair I know where I'll be going next time I need repairs on my bike. Thank you!

Excellent customer service! A great place to go in the spring and summer for a new or used bicycle or to get your bicycle repaired and a perfect place to visit in the fall for a pair of used hockey or figure skates or to have your own pair sharpened. They have a very large selection of used skates at very reasonable prices.

I DO NOT recommend this place for repair of your bicycle.Had the tune up for $44.99 which would be a great price if my bike had been fixed.I took it in since the gears weren't shifting properly. When I got it home, the gears weren't fixed right, I had a squeak and a click sound too. I have ridden it 3 times and the left brake is rubbing against the tire.

...........Bought 2 tires there............VERY HAPPY. CT and Walmart carry a limited selection....+ no semi-slicks...and $5-10 higher in price. Friendly, helpful staff.....I got what I wanted there....and cheaper......UPDATE...I just repeated this entire process in 2020....EXACT SAME STORY.....EXCEPT that Paul had tires ON SALE !!........ANOTHER UPDATE 2023....and a 6th STAR.....I left my bike at a Tillsonburg bike shop"....for two weeks...and they did nothing to it. Cried a river about not being able to fix it
