Last week, Kool Kovers jipped my grandfather!!!- gave him a flip phone that didn’t work, took his android from him and wiped it without his permission, then sold his android phone!! Horrible place.

Mo Hammed and Ali,(Mohammed Ali), that's how he told me so I would remember their names!!!I had just dropped my phone and cracked the screen at around 6:10pm.They close at 7pm. They told me to come in and had it repaired in less than 20 minutes and added a protective wallet case at a phenomenal price.100% recommend their services. Fantastic customer service from a hard working family, and very funny too!

3 stars because I like the owner. However, I called about my Galaxy s21 causing me charging issues over the last few days and was told I had no option but to replace the charging port. Quick search on Google and some YouTube videos lead me to properly clean my charging port and reset the software triggering the debris in charging port" warning and tone. Would've liked to entertain the idea of paying to have the port checked out and cleaned but was made to feel that it wasn't an option. Don't like going to other repair shops from bad experiences but made to feel like maybe I should look around for another store to work with.Edit for the owners response. What You've replied with is a downright lie. I've never tried to clean it. I never spoke to the company about anything. and you definitely didn't offer any form of service to me. Not sure if you're lying or maybe had this same conversation with someone else but considering lowering my rating now."

Ali was awesome to deal with. His knowledge of phone repairs isamazing.Performed repair on phone right away and was extremelypleased with the price.
