Terrible service today. After a refill got two pages out of the refilled cartridge. Brought it back to see what was the problem, told it was an air lock" and sent back out the door. Did not work any better when I got home.Called the gentleman immediately and he then was not truthful about the service rendered only an hour earlier. Said it was working perfectly when I left his office. Wants me to come back again. I want my money back. Why pay $10 in gas to save $5 on ink then to not even have it working and get a bunch of excuses??"

Very professional. Needed help to get the right cartridges so brought in my computer and printer. Owner changed them to the correct cartridges, tested the printer at no extra charge. Would highly recommend the owner of Ink Refills and computer tuneups

Owner John provided excellent service and was very helpful. WOW - I saved over $21.00 by refilling one Canon inkjet cartridge! I highly recommend this service. Note - there is a sign that this shop will be moving to Main Street in Deseronto as of Nov 1/22
