Boyd really exceeded all my expectations! After my car was vandalized they were the only shop who could take me in that week for an estimate and even though there was a wait to have my car finished they even brought my car in quickly to make the door functional while I waited for the cosmetic portion to be completed. They were so kind about our entire situation and even personally drove me home after I dropped off my car for repairs! They really gave exceptional service all around and all of the staff were so friendly.

I'm restoring a 1954 Chevy pickup. It's been a great project with a steep learning curve for me. Without the help and expertise of Vic at Crashpad Collision, it might have been impossible. The service was top notch and everyone there took a genuine interest in the project. Really couldn't have done it without them.Tim Sheedy

From start to finish this was a great company to deal with .I worked in automotive collision buisnes for years and can say these guys are too notch from customer service to quality of work. First I went to a different shop for estimate but was told to wait a week just to have them give it an estimate for ICBC well 1 week just for estimate is a bit much so went to crash pad . Crash pad had estimate done within 10 min of getting there and booked in for repairs couple days later. Front office staff very friendly and great communication.also helped work out some issues with ICBC for me . Quality of work was perfect . If I roll my vehicle into the cabage field anytime soon I will definitely bring it to crash pad for repairs.

Nice polite staff at the desk, it has been very hard to get an appointment with a courtesy car: They had to reschedule 3 times. I am still waiting, almost 4 months later!

I took my car to Fix Auto Parksville after having an accident on my travels in the U.S. I had been quoted between $5000 and $8000. A friend of my daughter's recommended Fix Auto Parksville.After Vic had a look, he quoted me much much less. I talked to my insurance company and they approved the repair.The repair took a little less time than they thought it would and cost about $3500. Bottom line is that my car looks as good as new!! You can't tell where the repair was done or that there had been any damage at all. I'm so glad that I took my car to Fix Auto Parksville to get the work done.The customer service was awesome (Thanks, Brandy!!) and the quality absolutely the very best!! Thanks so much - would definitely recommend Fix Auto in Parksville - 10 stars!!!!

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Transparent and honest with the estimate given. Am very happy with the bodywork and paint that was done on my car. Providing a courtesy car was a plus and very much appreciated. Good and reasonable time it took to repair my vehicle. Work is guaranteed as well. Nice to be given the opportunity of presenting any dissatisfaction and the willingness to resolve issues I may have had but had none. Would have this company do any further work on my vehicle in the future if or when the need be. Definitely recommend Boyd Autobody and Glass as I give a 5 Star rating.
