Lavender Rose Flowers

I don’t live in the area but I needed flowers to be delivered to an address in Scarborough on the day of. I placed an order over the phone. I think the bouquet turned out beautiful and the customer service and overall experience was exceptional. I didn’t get the name of the associate but they were extremely helpful and patient when answering my questions and was accommodating when I wanted to change my message on the bouquet.

I needed some flowers last minute and they were able to accommodate my request within a 1 hour turn around! I picked the flowers up myself and the owner was very helpful and you could tell she put a lot of care into the arrangement. The arrangement was beautiful, fresh and exactly what I had asked for. I highly recommend Lavender Rose for your future flower arrangement needs.

I had ordered flowers from another place that cancelled last minute and I rushed here to see if they could help. Got a very nice arrangement prepared right away for me that the wife loved. They saved me and the quality was top notch. Highly recommend.

When I called to order a bouquet, all the right questions were asked to make sure it was the right size, type of flowers and colours to suit the recipient. Mary and Karen were extremely helpful creating an arrangement from a photo I sent. The focal flowers in this arrangement were ordered in special, they took time to call me about the order and made the arrangement even more beautiful than the picture I had sent as a blueprint. Mary's arrangements are always gorgeous and she did it again for two special friends. Thank you!! You guys rock!

Mary did the flowers for our wedding earlier this month. From beginning to end, she was super helpful!! She assisted me in picking out the types of flowers I wanted to use, the vases, arrangements for the ceremony and reception, my bouquet style, etc. I went in to see her several times leading up to our wedding and she was always very friendly and helpful. She never even asked for payment or a deposit. She was more concerned about helping me decide on what I wanted. Her price was very reasonable considering everything I chose was pretty much custom. I knew her flowers would be very good quality and fresh as I have ordered from her in the past. She did not disappoint - everything was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. She delivered the flowers to our reception venue on the morning of the wedding and had everything else ready for pick-up. I added some items the week before the wedding and that was no issue for her even though she is always very busy.

The arrangement was so well done but more than that I was so touched by the customer service!! I put in a last minute request and all the ladies at the shop were so kind and did an amazing job. I will definitely be coming back.

They lady that owns the place is so nice! She has every flower or rose you would need, she is so helpful even asked what color ribbon I needed to match my Rose's! I go here every 2 weeks to get my roses.

Not only is this store incredibly charming to go too, but ordering off their website is super easy and great value. I cannot recommend this place enough, the arrangements are outstanding, delivery always goes without a single hitch. It’s the only place I order flowers from because I know they will be stunningly beautiful, and I trust this business.
