The instructors are very insightful and very dedicated. There is a great range of expertise on the mat that makes for a wonderful learning experience. The spirit of Aikido is present as well.

I have been practicing here for years...it is my second home (my wife will verify this ). It is great for physical conditioing, confidence and well being.

I practiced at this dojo for eight years. It's a wonderful place. (I miss it a lot.)All the people are friendly and helpful, and the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and patient. The two head instructors, Jim-sensei and Yumi-sensei, are among the best in Canada.This is a great dojo for both beginners and experienced practitioners. (Kids, too. The kids' classes are a good mix of fun and structure.)
