A plumbing leak from upstairs onto the main floor resulted in a very stressful situation. Only when Leda Restoration got involved, did we feel relief. From start to finish, the repair was a very positive experience. The staff was extremely reassuring and friendly and completed the job with excellent results. I also awarded Leda the restoration contract based on my great experience during the disaster response phase. All Leda staff who came for water damage assessment, set up, and repair were professional, timely, and incredibly pleasant. Took care of everything. They cleaned up after themselves, left no mess, helped move furniture back and paid attention to every detail. A pleasure to work with!

We were selling our house and the buyers during their inspection arranged another visit to the house at which time they showed up with 9 people, not properly wearing masks (agent was not even wearing a mask)!! Due to health reasons of our family members we could not chance one of them being a silent carrier of Covid. We reached out to Leda to see what they could recommend for us before we started spraying everything with Lysol spray and they were able to coordinate having team members attend to complete a proper covid cleaning (fogging).They were efficient and all in all, a great company to deal with, gave us peace of mind coming home afterwards knowing we were safe.Looking forward to having a few bathrooms redone with them in the near future, I know they truly care about their clients and I have seen work they have done at friends homes and honestly would not recommend going anywhere else.Thanks Leda team for the great work and communication. Recently relocated and hired a different vendor for a bathroom reno. The other vendor was not completing it properly, drilled into shower pan liners, plumbing line, incorrect screws used, horrible drywall work, framing, wrong paint, wrong paint colours and type, tiles not cut properly, grouting nightmares, you name it, they did it and it was just awful. My daughter asked John to review the work as she had concerns and the other vedor kept assuring her it would all be perfect and they would correct everything in the end. Leda outlined many items not done properly which would have resulted in future floods in our home. Leda was able to take over the job, remove the incorrect materials and complete a beautiful end result bathrooms for us. We have to remove all their work in the basement from the prior vendor still but the work upstairs and Leda's attention to detail, workmanship and care they take after each workday to clean and dispose of garbage not leaving it behind for weeks was truly appreciated. Thank you for going above and beyond for our family and special thank you to Mike & Nunno for being so kind to me while working in the home, even shovelling the driveway and walkway while my daughter and husband were at work. Truly wonderful people to work with and the quality of work is incredible. Would recommend you to anyone looking to have work done.

This is the second time we've used Leda Restoration for work in our home. The first time was to replace laminate flooring that had been water damaged. We were so impressed by their work we hired them again when we bought our new home to do a full kitchen reno. From start to finish working with Leda has been great. They are professional, on-time, transparent and responsive. They helped us from the beginning at the designing stage all the way to the end. I have used Leda twice when I had flooding issues. This company consistently provides the most professional service. Andrew ( Project manager), has always responding quickly to any issue I have had, even after the fact. They stand behind their work, which is quality!!! Andrew helped me through various issues which I have had. I am hoping I have no further issues, but would NOT think twice about calling Leda!!!!

When I experienced a flood in my basement I was very overwhelmed. I reached out to Leda and they were at my house within an hour of me calling them. A very professional team arrived and proceeded with the emergency mitigation of the damage. I was assigned a project manager who has kept me apprised of what was happening all along the way. The crew have been here for several days and have been very efficient, extremely helpful and knowledgeable.I don't know how I would have gotten through this experience without the support provided by Leda.
