Rik who owns the business is great! I have been coming back and forth to his business for over 10+ years. Always has great service and he is very friendly and to repair phones he charges very reasonable prices and gives you realistic time frame for the fix. Your missing out if you don't visit his shop!

I think Les is either trolling or posting incorrect info. MobileDNA gave me consistently superb service and pricing for phones that are difficult to get. They always help you with the best deal and give great advice. I've been recommending then since 2011.

These guys are awesome. Bought 3 Google Pixel 2 XL from them for the best price. They helped us set up the phone and even called Bell for me to activate VoLTE!

Excellent prices and service. Rik and Claire is friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. I had an issue with a phone I purchased they took care of me when I wanted to exchange, replace and it was within the 14 day return window which they offered they could do. Instead I exchanged for a Pixel 3 and am very happy with how smooth everything went. I would be referring my friends and family to them

Pretty clean and light shopping floor. Shopping environment is confortable. The business owner is very nice, friendly, patient, and professional. You won't feel been pushed to purchase their products as the typical sales do. Store is located inside Lansdowne shopping mall. Free mall parking lot available. Skytrain stations and bus stops are nearby in short walking distance. Many dinning options are available nearby as well. Overall, I would recommend it!
