Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I’ve been to this location multiple times. Very knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile. They helped match our paint colour perfectly, assisted in calculating how much paint we needed for our projects and even helped carry our purchases to our car. Don’t skimp on quality - the paint here is worth the price as many of our rooms were covered in one coat saving us a tonne of time.

Purchased enough paint to repaint our new home all in one shot. Staff were incredibly helpful recommending specific products and helping us choose a cohesive colour palette. Paul helped us load everything into the truck even in a blizzard. Fast forward 2 months and we used up all our main paint colour but had extra trim paint. We were able to have the trim paint tinted our main grey colour to save us some money. Eli answered all my questions and was very friendly. We dropped off the paint, waited for the tint and then once tinted it was placed back outside for us to pick up (curb side service only due to Covid-19). We will recommend to anyone looking for great service. Thanks again.

We needed touch up paint and were trying to match the paint our painters had purchased. The first one we took home wasn't right. We went back to the store and Stephanie and Paul had to do a lot of research and looking to find the right one. They were so professional and diligent to get it right. It was a pleasure to deal with them!

Amazing service and knowledgeable staff. Great prices for great quality paint. They will save your colours so If you ever need touch up paint and have no idea what colour it was they will have a record. Even with the shortages they are accommodating and try their hardest to get you the products you need!

I had a paint from another store in Woodstock that I needed matched. Paul was extremely kind and accommodating about the situation. Curbside service isn’t exactly fun especially in the cold! In the end, my dad and I left very happy with the service that was provided. I will definitely be recommending Sherwin-Williams from now on!

We went in this morning to get a colour matched and had the most excellent service provided to us by the woman there. Not only did she find the exact colour but she also went above and beyond. Shook our old paint for us so we would be able to get a better mix and made it so when we come back, it will automatically be on our file.I wish I had gotten her name as she deserves a gold star for her customer service. Definitely will be back for future paint needs.Thank you!

The staff at Woodstock's Sherwin Williams Paint Store are top notch. They know their products, colours and offer great advice, help and friendly service. Stephanie has been a great help to me and I look forward to many more visits and projects.

The worst customer service. No one knows what theyre doing. Nor does anyone know where anything is. First visit was told paint would be ready at 9am get there at 9:10am and paint still isnt ready. Lady claims she made the exact colour i was getting five times the week before but took her 6 tries to get it right. I was in the store for an hour and was now over an hour late getting to my job site. Now today walk in ask for ceiling paint, asking me to sign up for an account was more important than finding my paint, walked back two seconds said they couldnt find any but said theres 4 in house. Looks again comes back out tells me sorry we’re all out. Someone else looked as i was leaving and “magically” found some. Do not recommend this location. Very poor service.

The staff here really know their stuff. They can recommend the right type of paint for the project you're doing. They're also really great about not pressuring you into making a choice too soon. We'll for sure be back whenever we need something paint related.

I have exclusively used Sherwin Williams for almost 25 years and have never had a bigger screw up.. I ordered Emerald semi gloss white specifically asking not not to get the urethane version also I needed it tinted to CC 40. They gave me the urethane version and I didn't realize it until I had gotten to my job the next day in Burlington which is too far to return it so I had to buy another gallon at the Burlington store that was correct. On top of that I also ordered four gallons of 400 flat white tinted Cloud White CC 40 and just realized now that they never shook them up and so I have to take him back to the paint store in Burlington for them to shake them only after I have already cut in a hole stucco ceiling then the wall cut in other words this not only cost me eighty bucks for another gallon but it's going to cost me probably four hours of Labor which is another two hundred bucks thanks a lot. Sherwin-Williams definitely makes the best paint but don't get it from this paint store.
