Highly recommend Jim and his staff. Very professional and prompt for both service and installation. They are very professional and knowledgable. Jim responds very quickly when we contact him for any issues and takes care of them for us.We have used their services for a few years as did my parents now other family members.We just had a new furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank installed. Prices were excellent!! The time between contacting Jim and having all the work completed was nice and short and worked perfectly with our schedule.During installation they discovered an issue and contacted enbridge and had the problem resolved in no time at all. Jim and his team changed our 1982 furnace to a high efficiency one. Over the weekend our AC just died, with the heat made our house hit 29 inside. I called around to get someone out to check on it and repair if possible. Everyone told me it was a replace of the entire unit and for them to check anything else with it was $250 to drive out plus $199 an hour. Comfort Air came out, spent an hour , had to order a part and came back out to replace the capacitor at fault. Less the $200. I thank them and highly recommend them to anyone else.

We used Comfort Air to convert from an Oil furnace to a Propane furnace and we would give Jim and his team more than 5 stars if we could.From the first meeting to the end product, Jim went above and beyond for us; from meeting us on weekends for pricing and measurements, to little added touches like adding vents and grates where we didn't expect him to, we really can't say enough good things.Originally, we found Jim through Superior Propane (as a preferred dealer); even though we didn't end up using Superior, we are so happy that they recommended Comfort Air to us.The job was done as quoted, no surprises, in a timely and very professional manner. For the last 7 years Comfort Air has done a yearly inspection on my furnace. This year a hole in a pipe was found which was a major issue as carbon monoxide could leak out. I was advised that the unit would have to be red tagged and I could not use it until it was replaced. This happened Saturday afternoon, November 6, 2021.The very next day, Sunday morning at 7:45am they arrived to remove the old and install the new unit.They are the best! I remember from when I was younger, there were people you could trust, just because they gave their word.That is who these guys are. Jim, the owner and Ted his right arm man.They really do care and you don't get a lot of that nowadays!I totally recommend them!!

Jim and his crew did an awesome job installing our new propane furnace. The price was competitive, but the work was beyond compare. Courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

We had Jim and his team install ductless A/C at our cottage and we couldn't be more impressed with his services. He was very professional, extremely helpful/knowledgeable and went above and beyond. He even helped me out with my BBQ propane line and gas cooktop out of the kindness of his heart. Highly recommend Comfort Air & Ventilation. Jim and Ted, and their staff, are knowledgeable, professional, prompt, courteous, and go the extra mile. I first met Jim and Ted a few years ago when they came to clean my ancient furnace. They kept that dinosaur running! With the heatwaves we’ve been having I wanted AC which would not work with the 30+ year old furnace. Jim provided expert advice and helped me choose a new high efficiency furnace and air conditioner that met my needs. During installation, Jim went out of his way to help me deal with an odor issue in the lower level of the cottage. He researched and found solutions, including a UV light, and a month after the furnace installation, he installed an HRV. He never abandoned me and made sure I was completely satisfied. Jim met each request I made - without hesitation. He followed up to make sure all was working as it was supposed to be. Jim and Ted took great care of my needs and provided me with an excellent HVAC system. If you need a new furnace or have any HVAC issues – call Jim and his team. You will not be disappointed!
