The local Regina staff has been wonderful to work with. The site is clean and well maintained and the access gates are very convenient.Storing my fishing boat at Access Storage gives me peace of mind.I will be back again to store my boat for sure!

After calling the head office and arranging a 10x10 heated locker. I drove 2 hours with my belongings only to find out that the on site Mgr knew nothing about the locker and did not even have a 10x10 locker available. I had already paid by credit card . They refused to refund the money and offered a 5x7 same price. After storing half my stuff for 5 days I found a storage co. that had the right size

Pam made our move super easy! There was a miscom regarding the sizing but she found us the right fit. The facility is super secure and well-lit! Will definitely rent here again and recommend them to friends and family!

Great experience, getting everything completed and set up to have access to the unit was so fast and easy. The customer service both online, over the phone and in person was fantastic. The unit was easy to find and access. More than enough space for what I needed, it really helped me out while I was figuring out next steps. Conveniently located, really accommodating hours. The promotion I took advantage of was applied immediately. Keypad access was easy to use. The wood pallets on the floor protected the items. Can’t recommend this company enough.

I wish I had recorded the entire conversation I had with a lady working in the office. If I had I could have sued. Also Absolutely wasted my time - I even had to take time off work - for absolutely zero storage service and an unnecessary condescending conflict(maybe? not sure where it came from). The facility looks great though, looks very secure and spacious for the majority of your needs - this is probably just a person specific scenario.

Cannot recommend Access Storage enough. They were patient and helpful from the outset, helping me choose a size and unit that worked for my purposes and even initiated a checkout procedure to make stopping easy once I had movers come pick the stuff up. Will be using them in future and recommend them without reservation.

Great pricing options and ample storage room at a secure location. The staff was also very accommodating, both when I decided to upgrade to a larger unit, and also when I needed a little more time to get my things out they let me just pay for the extra week I needed instead of the entire next month cycle. Great staff!

We stored our trailer there from Oct-Apr and always had access to it even with all the snow Regina received this winter. Excellent office staff made everything very easy. Thank you.
