Sandy was wonderful with all 3 of my dogs.They hadn’t been groomed in about 8 weeks (as we were moving), they were beautiful when we picked them up. They didn’t appear to be stressed in any way.Will definitely be back .

Do I have to give a star? As soon as she answered my call, I got asked “are you a solicitor?” Just because I have a 416 number. Grew up with or owned dogs all of my 43 years, been in customer service for over 25 years and that would not be a question that I would think to ask. Judging by some reviews, hope she has a lot of repeat customers.Learn how to deal with new potential customers that cottage in town. I can see that you could be busier but you get in your own way

I booked an appointment telling her I have a Sheltie with lots of knots and will need a lot of work. I showed up and she complained about how he had a lot of knots and it would be a lot of work, then she turned it on me saying do you even pick at it". She then told me "this is why i usually don't take bigger dogs

She refused to cut my dogs nails and charged extra because she said my dog “ wasn’t calm “ this is extremely unprofessional. If you chose this field you should know how to deal with every type of situation. I did not appreciate her service and will not be bringing my dogs there again. Lost my service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had my dog groomed by Sandy a couple years back, and my dog came back nicked and bled from the tips of his ears after a day or so. He also smelled terrible. Would never bring my dog there again.

Gromming always done properly, no cuts or knicks as my dogs are small.
