Bounce Luggage Storage - Waterfront
Very convenience, walk off the cruise ship, just 5 minutes walk, great downtown location, easy to find, close Waterfront Station. Safe and professional place to leave your luggage, no issues, highly recommended. I brought a public transit day pass, for all buses, trains and ferries, freely explore Vancouver, at the end of the day, pick up my luggage and heading to airport.

We dropped off a suitcase or 2 and a coat from a cruise here to sightsee more easily. We took pictures of the bags, which were verified when we went back to pick up. There were drug users in front on the sidewalk, so it can be uncomfortable if you aren't used to seeing that, but they didn't bother us or us them.

We had absolutely no issues, though it did feel a little sketchy because there were no signs inside or outside the location about Bounce or luggage storage, we had to ask to verify. This location is inside My Convenience Store. We rolled our bags inside and to the back, took a picture to confirm later which bags were ours, and we were off! Super simple pick up as well. Would recommend!

The overall experience was easy, convenient, and extremely helpful. Searching and booking was easy and price was fair. My expectations were off a little while looking for a bounce" facility or at least a "bounce" sign. If it hadn't been for a well marked address number

This location is a store that is conveniently open 24h. They don't have lockers. They check your ID, they make you take a picture that you will show them when you pick up your luggage, and they put your luggage in the back of the store. I didn't have any issues and the staff seems careful and friendly.

Great idea! Easy to use. Personally the staff member at the convenience store was really helpful. I did pay too much via the app (charged for 4 bags instead of 2) but would definitely use this service again

This convenience store has a great luggage storage setup where they use space in the back to store your bags, which makes it very protected. Great location if you arrive by cruise ship, and since they are a 24 hour location, you really can come and go whenever you want, as you explore Vancouver! They have plenty of space, which it means it can work for even a group of 6-8 people who each have bags.

The convenience store employees were very nice. They graciously called a cab for us and even mentioned the public transit to save $$. We didn’t feel like lugging out bags around and got a cab instead. Would definitely use Bounce again when in Vancouver.
