I called to inquire about retaining a lawyer and was told someone would call me back. Its been over two weeks and no call. Not a very good way to run a business. Would definitely not recommend.

I can't tell you what the actual service is like as I called them twice and no-one had the manners to call me back either time.I told them what my two problems were and that I needed to pay for a consultation for some advice. I was asked for the name of the person I had a dispute with so they could check to see if there was a conflict of interest and that someone would get back to me, but they never did.If they cannot communicate when they are first starting out with a new client - can't imagine it would be a good service you are getting during the whole dispute resolution process.Never mind - found a great lawyer down the road and am very happy with the service and even got a free consultation.
