JD Diagnostics & Diesel Repair

I brought my EcoDiesel Jeep in to have some modifications done. I was very disappointed with the quality of the work done. They made some mistakes, however Jordan the the owner of the shop reached out to me and made sure they made it right in the end.I will be returning to this shop for anything else I need done in the future.

Brought my 2000 Chevy 6.5 diesel in for some oil leaks and a look over. I got the impression that they did not want to work on it. Eventually they said that they replaced the oil filter adapter housing and seal, which was still leaking like a faucet after. I have since brought it into another shop that has fixed all of the oil leaks. Personally my experience was terrible as I feel that I wasted $600 at the shop to get an oil change. I hope that if you have a mainstream diesel engine like cummins or duramax that they would treat you a lot better. I will say that the customer service up front was great and throughout the whole process they were very good at communicating. I just feel like the end result was a rip off in my case and I cannot give anything more than one star for the price that I paid for essentially an oil change.

Dakota diagnosed and fixed my ecodiesel in 30 minutes - says a lot about his knowledge and ability. I'll be coming here for my truck repairs moving forward, awesome stuff.

New Diesel owner, My check engine light came on while driving googled repair shops and, phoned up Diesel Doctor at closing time, they phoned me back and and let me come to the shop and hooked my truck to their computer to let me know what the problem was (sensor problem) they cleared the fault to get me on my way NO CHARGE, awesome customer service . Brought my truck back to get more work done , Highly Recommend.

Work was done. I wasn't initially pleased. Spoke with Dakota...I'll accept his explanation but I'm still disappointed.

These guys really know their stuff. When I picked my truck up, one of their staff spent 20mins answering my questions and giving tips on how to keep my truck running its best. After their work, my 2015 Ecodiesel has never run better, WAY better mileage more power, better throttle response!!! Could not be happier.

JD diagnostics stands behind their work 100% I’ve used JD diagnostics twice, both times I was left very satisfied with the craftsmanship. I had them install a FASS lift pump on my mint 01 ram 2500. At first they couldn’t figure out why my truck kept long cranking, but they never gave up and eventually they figured it out and learned something new at the same time. My truck didn’t have a tuner installed at the time so the wiring of the pump had to be done differently. The second job I had them do was to check and adjust my valve lash and install a quadzilla tuner. The truck is running in tip top shape now. I highly recommend anyone who doesn’t have the time or the know how to do what needs to be done to visit JD diagnostics. They’re very knowledgeable and friendly people who love diesels just as much as you do. Thanks a lot for taking care of my truck guys, if I could give you 6 stars I would.

The diesel exhaust system on my Colorado showed a fault that would not clear. I called JD Diagnostics and they told me they were booked for the next 2 weeks but they would try to clear the fault to buy me more time until I could get in to get it repaired. They were not able to clear the fault and were able to fit me in and replace the DEF Injector. In less than 24 hours the part was repaired and the cost was a lot less than i expected. I highly recommend them for all diesel issues.

Best diesel repair in the lower mainland. Jordan and Zac handled my diesel “repair” like true professionals. Zac even gave me his personal cell phone number and was replying to my texts on Sundays, and showing up early so I could drop off the truck early Monday morning. Very accommodating, punctual, and professional. Very pleased with what they just did too my 2021 duramax. 5 stars.
