We have hired Chain of Lakes Granite for two historic house restoration projects thus far. Restoration work is far more difficult than new construction, and working with and around antique cabinet pieces, not-straight walls, odd molding, and weird plumbing complicates everything. Finding a company with the expertise and perfectionistic care to create a beautiful result in unique, unusual settings is not easy. For both jobs, the end result has been lovely, and they have been outstanding in customer service. Due to the challenges of tiny spaces, odd construction and alignment issues, and antique cabinetry, our current project has had a couple of real head-scratchers. Chain of Lakes has gone above and beyond to find solutions and help us resolve it all successfully. I can understand why carpenters we trust recommended them. We do too!

We had chain of lakes do our kitchen. From the time we picked out our beautiful slab to install, everything went so smoothly. The installers were so nice and fun to work with. They were a great team. I would highly recommend this company. I will be using them again for sure. I'm a very fussy person and I was just thrilled. Thanks so much for caring about our project.

2017 Review: TIP: Get the granite installed when you can have the windows open. The adhesive they use has a very strong smell and you should air out the house.Chain of Lakes was recommended to us by a home stager that uses them for sellers and other properties. I was very impressed with Chain of Lakes Granite. From the very first day that we began the planning of our project I was met with a cheerful and very helpful attitude. They were able to install in a timely manner and the guys that came to do the installation were great! They did a wonderful job very quickly. We absolutely love our granite countertops!! Outstanding. Just outstanding. Chain of Lakes was great to work with, punctual, extremely responsive, and of very high quality. Leading up to the installation, the communication was top notch and everyone from the office to the measurement person was always on top of things. We have projects going in every direction lately and it was nice to have reminders coming from them regularly. The installation was perfect. I was told it would be a 3-hour install and it was. They left everything in great shape and didn't seem to mind the nosy homeowner looking over their shoulders the whole time (I got some fishing tips too)! I 100% will call them when I need granite again and give them the highest recommendation. Exceptional.

Customer service at Chain of Lakes has been phenomenal to work with- so easy to get in contact with. They are very personable. I had gone to 3 different companies for bids and when someone gives a bid on a whole house project- customer service is so important! They also worked with me and were able to get me different bids. The installers are easy to talk to and discuss options with! Our counters are amazing, but our kitchen is an absolute dream!
