Their services from start to end provided me with the reassurance I would get superior service and excellent communication! This is the first time I have undertaken any renovations and they solved my problems with professionalism and excellent time management. I had new flooring installed and new appliances (Fridge and Stove).I truly appreciate the customer services they provided as I wanted to know everything about the project. I am extremely thrilled with the prices, products and services. The dream became a reality for me and I will always go back to this great company for their services. Genuine Design & Contracting FAR exceeded our expectations of a contractor for our renovations. We had quotes from 4 contractors for the work we wanted done and Joel and Amanda stood out and made us feel like they would take care of us right from the start AND THEY DID. Amanda responded to any question within minutes and always followed up. The contractors they hired were THE BEST and did wonderful work exactly when they said they would be there. The schedule was set out ahead of time and then adjusted as needed but still well in advance, working around our family/work schedule. When there was an issue with the reno (which happens to everyone!) they were right there to solve the problem. I would DEFINATLY recommend them to anyone!!!

Genuine Design recently finished our basement. Their service was amazing! The work is top quality and the project finished in the timeline they specified. It is now a beautiful space and we can't recommend them enough.
