Not only did Larry respond to my quote request right away but he reviewed my roof and was able to let me know what minor adjustment was needed. In my case he shared that the fix was minor / very simple (screw loose and could be completed myself). Larry was happy to assist but didn’t want to charge me unnecessarily if I was comfortable with the fix myself. He was right, addressing some screws that had elevated on our roof was all that was needed. Appreciate the honesty and helpful recommendation. Would definitely reach out to Larry again if anything came up.

Garton roofing has done 3 roofs for us they did our house roof in Ajax 5 years ago and done both our cottages in haliburton one 8 years ago with shingle roof and just last year did our new cottage with steel roof, Larry and his crew have always done an amazing job with perfection, detail and great workmanship we have never had any issues what so ever they came when they said they were coming and completed work on time cleaned up after work was completed but best of all the price was much better than anyone else. I couldn’t be happier!! The previous owners had the front of the roof done to sell the house… but not the back half. It was clearly a DIY job done a very long time ago and was literally falling apart, and water was leaking into my attic. It was BAD.I called Garton Roofing due to the reviews and I’m glad I did! I explained my situation and Larry stopped by and took a look at the roof the same day. He realized the urgency of my situation, provided me a quote which I accepted, ordered supplies right away.The day he was supposed to start it poured rain. He even came over first thing and tarped my whole roof for me.They came back and did the entire job in one day, and even took an old chimney out that is no longer in use. My house looks so much better. I am so happy with the job they did. Larry and the crew were very respectful and I highly recommend them!

Our exterior crawl space caved in. during Covid material shortages Garton Roofing got the materials in and in less than 4 hours had everything rebuilt, safe and secure and looking better than our HOUSE!! They removed all debris so our dogs would not be harmed when in the yard!HUGE BONUS: they never played LOUD and obnoxious music while working to disturb our neighbours and us as all the other contractors who come to our area do!

We had Larry replace our fascia & install much needed eavestrough on our 2 story century home. We couldn't have been happier with the service we received. Larry gave us all of our options, being cognizant of the fact our budget had alreay taken a big hit from a roof. He eplained all our options & the benefits/negatives of each. Throughout the install Larry & his crew went above & beyond. Little details, which most ignore, were mentioned adressed. Even when 120 yr old porches didn't cooperate as one should, Larry worked with us to come up with the best solution. His crew were quick, pleasant & tidy.I was impressed they left no evidence of being in my flower gardens. They even recommended future improvements, we hadn't considered. We would happily recommend Larry & will be calling him for our future needs.(maybe even a colour other than blue,Larry!).
