We rented the bouncy castle for May 11th. The individual showed up on time and was very professional. We were very happy and cant wait for many more years to continue renting from KWCloud9. Many thanks as my kids had a blast for their birthday!!!!!

This great bouncy castle made the day for the kids. It was only +2 degrees and without this activity, the kids wouldn't have lasted 10 mins outside. This was over an above what we expected when first searching out Bouncy Castle options. Thanks a lot Mark,

We rented a bouncy castle last month for my daughters Birthday. The weather that day was supposed to be awful and Mark allowed us to make our decision about whether or not we would be cancelling right up to an hour before it was supposed to be delivered. We cancelled and the sun came out so we called him back and he was there within about 40 minutes to set up the castle. We were so grateful he was so flexible! The kids had a blast , thank Mark!

We have rented two of the bouncy castles from kwcloud9 and they have both been amazing. They are huge, great quality and the kids have a blast on them. Friendly service and delivered on time as promised our kids enjoyed their birthday and it was a huge success with the neighborhood and they were sad when the pirate castle had to be picked up. I would highly recommend as I had called one other company locally and never received a call back

We have rented from KWcloud9 multiple times and have always received wonderful service. The castles are high quality and our 4 boys have a blast jumping. We have rented for birthday parties, long weekend celebrations and just for a day to keep the kids active in the summer. I highly recommend this service!

This family owned company saved my daughters second birthday party this past Sunday. I ordered a bouncy castle originally through KW INFLATABLE RENTALS in early April for Sunday the 23rd, and held it with a deposit only for them to cancel 2 hours before people were supposed to show up. I called this company and explained my situation and they were here within a half hour to set up an even better, bigger, over the top bouncy castle. They allowed us to use it as long as they possibility could, making pick up for 8pm. I could not be more grateful to you, and your family for making my daughters birthday an absolute blast. I recommend this company to anyone looking to have a bouncy castle at any event. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for relieving the stress off my shoulders that day.
