Josiah Kicks Academy
Josiah is a really good coach. Not only does he teach kids on the physical techniques, he also teaches them how to be better people such as how to encourage friends to not give up and what to say and do when they encounter bullies. It's been almost a year and we are enjoying his classes so far. Highly recommend!

I trained with Josiah for over 6 months and I'd definitely still be there if I didn't have to move out-of-province. Josiah is a great teacher. He adjusted sessions based on what our class requested, whether it was more technical or more cardio-focused. He's a tremendously talented martial artist and I was fortunate to get to train with him for as long as I did.

Josiah is an amazing personal trainer! I’ve been training with Josiah for over 2 years. Within 6 months of training with him, I was in better shape than I have ever been. I then got pregnant and worked out with him through the entire pregnancy. After pregnancy I got back to my pre-pregnancy weight within 6 months unlike my first two pregnancies which took me nearly 2 years. His work outs are fun and creative, I never feel bored and am always challenged. I highly recommend Josiah as a personal trainer!

Mr. Josiah is a fantastic teacher. Knowledgable, friendly, and great with kids of all ages. My 2 kids have been with him for over 6 years and have a fun time. There is seriousness in his teachings too, and they learn about respect towards others. I always tell other people that Josiah Kicks is a great place for their young kids.

I’m really glad we found Josiah. He’s an excellent instructor and you can really tell he cares about teaching and helping his students learn. Not only does he do a good job teaching the physical skills and moves, he actually spends time teaching the students very important life lessons such as self-confidence, discipline, and respecting others. My daughter has been training with Josiah for almost a year now. She enjoys every minute of the lessons and she is always excited to show me the moves that she learnt. Josiah is professional, encouraging and patient, I am grateful for all his hard work and effort!

Super friendly, motivating and patient! Josiah is a fantastic coach and I always look forward to my self defense classes with him! Always pushes me to do my best and is super enthusiastic with his teaching! I highly recommend Josiah as your child’s teacher and adult self defense instructor!
