Planet cardio....50 treadmills not 1 bench pressTook me 30 minutes just to sign up cause they don't accept debit.Not my best gym experience.

Been black card member 1 year nearly to the day. I use all the facility has to offer aside from instructed classes. Comfortable atmosphere.well kept. Staff always friendly Can't beat the price. Would be nice to see twice the amount of dumbells for availability.

After many years of ignoring my health I ended up with kidney disease. I needed to get healthy if I was to be eligible for a transplant. So I was Very nervous to join a gym. So I picked planet fitness on regent. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. Having a consultation with a trainer was great and a workout plan was created for me based on my abilities.All the staff have been fantastic. They are courteous and professional. Everyone is knowledgeable The manager is running a very clean facility that makes me to want to come backKirk Gunn

Lots of machines that are well maintained. Staff is very nice and helpful with questions and anything you might need. I think they need to add a sauna or a steam room, seems like a big gym staple they are missing. Also a machine with 2 cable weights to be used at the same time. Training groups/classes occupy a big amount of space. I would however go here again. They have some good equipment, you can always get equipment you need and the atmosphere is great.

Staff is amazing, Great price only reason for four stars are sometimes because of the odd creeps that stare at you and just when it gets busy it’s hard to get all your workouts in!this gym is great for starters and helped me lots.

Always super crowded but with cheap prices and free summer student passes I guess that's what you would expect. Not many areas to stretch. Overall pretty good. Not sure why it isn't 25/7? Closes at 9 pm most days which is pretty early

Honestly not the gym for me at all everything is so crammed together and have no space. If all you wanna do is cardio then go to planet fitness but if you wanna lift weight I highly don't recommend it at all. The fact I can't just cancel my membership online is dumb.

I have completely enjoyed my fitness journey. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Love the PF 360 workouts!! Impressed by how clean the gym is even in the winter as this is the only gym I know that doesn't ask you to remove shoes at the door. Floors are constantly washed and the bottom of lockers wiped down constantly as well. Equipment is spotless as well. Keep up the great work!!!
