Ongles & Pédicure

Needed a simple mani/pedi before Christmas and this was the only place close by.I made an appointment for 1pm but still waited 20min before they seated me although there were 2 girls available.Service was faster than I expected and good but $42 for a simple mani/pedi is bit much considering you can pay $35 elsewhere.

I went last Friday to this salon with my two sisters and my mom. We did a pedicure party one day before travelling down south. The staff was very warm and gentle.great quality for the price. I definitely recommend !

Made an appointment with friend for refill and pedi. Took an hour and 20 minutes to get acrylic refill done. Never in my life of getting my nails done did a refill ever take this long. Showed a picture of nails wanted and my nails were long enough, they got cut and filed too short then told nails too short for style I wanted. Nails looked nothing like the picture I showed. Lady was taking phone calls one after the other making appointments constantly pausing on my nails hence why she took forever and didn't remember or pay attention to what I wanted. I had pedi scheduled but canceled it. Didn't want to spend another dollar or minute at this place. Just wanted to leave already. Friend had her pedi and refill done before I was even done my refill. Not impressed with the customer service I received and the quality of work. Other staff seemed nice.

the man with the black essential t shirt who did my nails was really disappointing, there weren’t any communication between us so i didn’t even choose the length of the nails he just cut them too short from the start. even i know that you always cut them longer at first so you don’t go too short too fast. also for the shape, i asked almond and i got a round shape nail that is not precise at all. it’s really a let down when you pay for a service (and it’s not cheap) and receive this bad quality. it’s not normal to go to a nail salon and only stay there for 30mins. it means that something was botched. so this is the reason why i gave 1 star to this place but maybe it’s only me that got unlucky.

Recently moved in the area and was looking for a new nail salon so I booked an appointment there. I arrived 5 min before my appointment however had to wait 30 minutes before getting my pedicure started it's unfortunate because employee who performed the pedicure did a good job but I would of rather have a later appointment if they were too busy instead of having to wait.

I went there 3 times to make sure how is the service.The woman at the front is just rude !!!1ST TIME :Do not bother doing there for a pedicure, I came back home with my feet as dried as ever. The guy did not even let my feet soak before starting the pedicure. The instrument are not clear, they used the same old instrument on other client before I arrived. All along they were SCREAMING in their language while I was trying to enjoy a quiet moment ! That was my first and only experience doing a pedicure and Im thanking the lord I did not get any diseases from the UNCLEAN materials.2nd time was the BEST I went there for a refill everything was okay. Love the work, nails, color but surprisingly when I paid it was more expensive than I expected. I let it go because my nails look nice not too think and color was delicately put on the nails so there was no lump on my nails. It looked really nice !!3r time and the LAST TIME, WORST SERVICEEE !! They did not offer me the color sample so I could look. The first manicurist started the work I guess it was okay and then she gave me the color sample, he got annoyed because I was taking my time choosing the color but hey if you would of given the sample at least it would of been chosen by the time he fished !! After choosing a color rapidly I realized it did not suit me so I told him that I did not like it. AND HE GOT MAD and start shouting at me and sending me to the rude front desk woman so she can finish the work. After apologizing to the woman, she GRABED my hand and start applying the color no care for my fingers In LARGE AMOUNT I told her I DO NOT WANT THEM THICK and she starts SCREAMING IN HER OWN LANGUAGE IN FRONT OF ME WITH OTHERS.HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW THAT SCREAMING IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE IN FRONT OF MY FACE WITH SOMEONE ELSE IS DEFINE AS BEING RUDEEE !! I paid and surprisingly I paid LESS than the second time I went and I was doing A REFILL ??? I am guessing they overcharge me the second time so they can get more tip !!I sat in my car looking at my thick ugly nails thinking wow the service is just so consistant !!! Do not rely on the reviews they are not accurate AT ALL !!!

If you’re a Black person living in the area, don’t bother going there. No consideration whatsoever and even rudeness by the owner towards my sister and I. Please find another nail salon to give your money to.

I've known the salon just for few months but very satisfied with the service they offer. Welcoming staff and amazing place. Always have good experience. My new fav. place to go, highly recommended!

Good job. I gave a certificate to my girlfriend she was very satisfied.
