Mr.Steve was super friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. He gave me all the details so that there weren't any surprises and even suggested current promotions. He followed up a few days later by phone as well. He was equally thorough when I finally showed up again with more questions and even gave me a 2nd tour of the facilities! Greatly appreciated his service for my 1st time of renting a storage.
