I was in need of a washroom and a hot beverage. This Tim Horton's was able to provide both.The bathroom was very clean. The cleanest I'd ever seen for a Tim Horton's restaurant. The TP dispenser reminded me of my public school, from Grade One to Six, as it dispensed a single square of toilet paper at-a-time. It made me smile with memories of frustration, which rang as prevalent today, as it did back then.The service at the counter was equally impressive. Despite a small language barrier, where I found it difficult to understand my server, she did understand me quite fine, dispensing a hot cup of French Vanilla Cappuccino to me, in a timely fashion. What was even more impressive (and believe me, this has never happened to me prior to this visit), not only did she give me my beverage, but the protective sleeve was provided without my having to ask, thus avoiding the uncomfortable eye roll that usually accompanies that request.Overall, it was a delightful experience. The parking was exquisite. I drive a large commercial cube van and maneuvering in a parking lot can have its challenges, but this lot is large and spacious. I (highly) recommend this location when visiting North Battleford.

Terrible! That’s all I have to say! They are worst than McDonalds. They have no strawberry cream cheese and there fog machine is always broken. There suppose to be a fast food restaurant and they take forever and they are always lacking product. Like there a Sobeys right there. BUY THE PRODUCT THERE THEY ARE SO LAZY! And the coffee is always inconsistent and taste like shit…..maybe it’s there water.

This is the only place that I know of that does not give you napkins in the drive thru.. I should not have to ask and I know for a fact it is in your training videos, staff consistently talk in different language at the counter, this is the only place that has this happening. To be honest I rather go to McDonalds at this point since there's one near me now.

This Tim Hortons has the absolute worst miserable staff members I’ve ever seen in a food service industry. “Shelby” was taking our order in the drive thru and it sounded like she couldn’t be bothered to work there or take orders, she messed up our order because of her careless attitude. If you don’t wanna work in the food service industry serving people, go get a big girl job

Some of staff at the 2 North Battleford locations need extensive customer training...to busy worring about how fast they can get the first order through and already are thinking about the third or fourth vehicle in the drive through line. Won't let you finish your order and there already telling the total of what you ordered and your not finished ordering...

Went for a coffee and donut and the donuts had ants crawling over the bottom trays. They pulled out a tray looked and put it back! The young person told the male supervisor and he wasn't concerned??? Check your donuts people.

Great place to sit down for coffee. Servers so nice even if you don't have exact change sometimes they'll still take your orderGreat location off Territorial drive
