Store manager is changed?New store manager is impolite and rude, today( July 9st )I was there, she put her jacket on her shoulder and when stuf told her that customer ordered online ,but its came wrong, she told me : this is your problem!"I asked customer service phone number.she replied me:" google it and find it online"!!It was not like this before and this new lady is too rude!!!"

Friendly staff at Vaughan Mills Carter Store. I went there for a return and it was quick and easy.They also had wide variety of kids clothes and things available. I would love to go back.

Went here during the day Wednesday the mall was empty so was the store, only ones in the store. No one said hello or anything but one female employee followed me, my daughter and boyfriend around the store staring at us offering no service at all I said something about and she ignored me, told another employee she didn’t care. Won’t be returning.

Took time out of my day off to come to the store in the morning to do a return. They informed me that they havent been able to do returns for 2 weeks and dont know when it will be fixed. What a waste of my time. Always something happening at this store. Wont be shopping here again

I bought shoes for my 1.5 year old daughter yesterday from this place it was size6 she wore it for one day in the mall when we arrived home i took it off and she had marks on her feet so literally the next day i went back to return them and get bigger size. They told me they cant return them because they were worn. It was only onetime she wore them.never shopping here again rude customer service.

Can always find great deals, just make sure items are rung accurately as cash, check your receipt! Many time items on sale won't show when scanned at cash.

I was there today few hours ago, the lady on the cashier was being rude and showing an attitude, which makes me mad. I wasn't happy at all even the service very poor.I have regret why i came to this locationThat cashier ruined my day.
