Swiss Chalet
It was my first time to this Swiss Chalet location. I really like the atmosphere of this one. The lighting was bright and good. We were seated next to the window. We ordered the Chicken lunch. It was delicious. The server Connie was friendly. She was patient with us. She rolled down the window shed when she felt the sunlight was too much for us. Knowing my friend was a visitor and lived around there, she invited us to go back to try other things on the menu next time. We enjoyed so much of her hospitality. We recommend this Swiss Chalet.

Really good experience. Full stop.I want to personally thank Wendy and the team for our dinner. Despite coming last minute they welcomed us in no questions asked. Introduced us to the Thanksgiving dinner, which is now going to be a an annual event.+1 for providing the cranberry sauce on lettuce.Even as a regular Swiss Chalet person, I am happy and grateful for the overall service.Thank you Wendy and Team, and Swiss Chalet.

Swiss Chalet
The place is newly renovated. Very clean, very modern and comfortable. The server is very patient and pleasant. This is the very first time we ordered roast beef dinner. It’s delicious and the Au juice is amazing. The chicken pieces are well cooked and yummy. Fries and the seasoned rice are the best. It deserves a big five-star. Remember to bring your scene card to get points.

As you can see below I gave these guys a 5 and I’ve been going to this location from the day it opened. Service and food had always been done to perfection. However my last visit they brought fries that were burnt or over fried. I have attached a picture My waitress did not seem to care about my complaint and all she could offer was another plate of fries and tell the kitchen staff. Well everyone was done by this time and I’m not going to sit and eat a plate of fries while everyone waited. This seem to be a new waitress as we did not know her and we are regulars here. Will try again and review the place again at a later dateAlways fresh best Swiss chalet I’ve been to. Great service. One waitress has seen my kids grow up. We often ask to sit in her section. Monica We sometimes go to other Swiss Chalets in the Area but always end up back here. Enjoy

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this location where Connie was our server. From the moment she greeted us until the end of our meal, she was nothing but professional and friendly. She was attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Despite being the only server on the floor, Connie was hardworking and efficient. She handled the pressure of the busy restaurant with grace and made sure all her tables were taken care of.The food itself was also excellent. Each dish was well-prepared and flavorful. This swiss chalet location has a great variety of menu options and we had a hard time choosing just one dish.Overall, it was a great dining experience and I would highly recommend this restaurant. Special mention to Connie, who made our visit even more enjoyable. Her hard work and dedication to her job were evident in the way she took care of her tables and made sure every customer had a great experience. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Chicken and rib combo was hot and good . This Swiss chalet was fast and the chicken was good ,not dry . Server Emily was fast and courteous . The lemonade was so good on a hot day , it came in a chilled glass ! The place was clean . Definitely will go back when craving the chicken . The chicken (skin)was a little salty .

I ordered a take out earlier today. I ordered a quarter chicken and ribs with fries. When I got home, there was no fries. I tried to call the restaurant, and they just straightly offered me a $5 credit (she said when I go back, just tell the cashier I have a $5 credit which is really weird) I didn’t accept because I am not going back. Poor service. It’s my first time trying Swiss Chalet and it is not a good experience, sadly.

Honestly one of the best Swiss Chalet locations in the Toronto area. Clean area. The fries are always seasoned right and the rib portions don’t fail. This location does need to hire a bussing staff.
