It was probably the best service I could have ever asked for! The staff was so friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and everything was done on time. The quote was bang on. I never had to wait for anything. They even had my rental car ready to go when I got there and took it back when I returned it. All paperwork was taken care of and a daily message was sent on the progress! I couldnt have been happier. And a huge shout out to Kyle who walked me through all the decision-making along with doing an amazing job fixing my car. He is the best! All in all I give them a 10 out of 10….more if I could!!

They went above and beyond for me! I would recommend to anyone! They fought for me to my insurance company and I could not be more appreciative. If I need anymore work done I will be using them again over and over. Amanda Is the sweetest and Mr.Keizer is just a genuine good man! Highly recommend ❤️

I needed some repair work done after a minor collision and went to Kaizers on a friend's recommendation. I was 100% satisfied in every way. All people that I dealt with were courteous, friendly and very helpful. Communication was excellent! At all times, through phone calls or texts, I knew what was going on with my car. Drop off and pick up were easy and they made use of rental car very convenient. The finished work on my car is excellent. I should point out what a great detailing job was done - even my winter mats were clean. In every way, I am pleased with the work done by Kaizers and I highly recommend this body shop. Well done!

Use to think this was to go to place.I have been waiting almost a year to get my car fixed right!!!They did the work but left the scratched window in the door they replaced? Also on the same door a piece of trim randomly blew off shortly after they installed this door. Looks terrible.I have been back several times and sent emails but I get the same excuses.I wouldn’t use them again.Used them 4 times in the past and this is by far the worst service I have ever had.No follow upNo work guarantee like they stateHad it

Keizers was the service provider for my auto insurance claim. Having a few different options of places to take my car I am very happy I chose them. I was updated weekly on my cars progress and everytime I phoned to ask a question they were prompt in a reply and very polite.I am very pleased with the work and the service. Highly recommended.

They are knowledgeable and do quality work, but I'm just glad I went elsewhere for a quote.For example, I needed to replace my hood due to rust. I was already there to fix my front bumper cover after an animal collision. Another shop quoted me 400 for the piece alone, whereas Keizer's informally estimated it would be around 800.The quote for all the rustwork was almost twice as much as the other shop.They totally missed the crack in the front grill.Definitely worth shopping around.

I received my truck back from an insurance claim, it took some time but I eventually had an abs sensor fault. I looked at the corresponding wheel and saw that the harness was left unclipped, dangling from the wheel liner, the tire rubbed the insulation on the wires and faulted the circuit. I went back to them, and they agreed to make it right but they said they would have to order the part and call me when they had it. I haven't heard from them again. They also cracked the clear plastic on my dash and one of my headlight circuits is shorted out, my truck was fairly new before all this and nothing had ever been taken apart up until Keiser's worked on it.I would like to up date this review, Kaiser's contacted me and I must say, what an amazing resolution, above and beyond expectations, thank you Greg, Amanda and the rest of the crew.

Had an estimate done here for my 2014 ram 2500 front bumper after a CAA towing contractor damaged it. A good solid and accurate estimate was provided.Hope to have it approved soon and head in for repair.

I can't say enough good things about Keizer's. A seamless experience from start to finish. Everyone is helpful from the time you call, to ordering parts and booking a rental. They only did the work that needed to be done and the work and price matched the estimate. Perfect paint match! My vehicle was returned much cleaner than when I dropped it off. Communication is ideal and the text updates are appreciated. Keizer's even got a feature operating on my vehicle that even the dealer hadn't been able to figure out when i purchased the car. Hopefully we don't smash any more vehicles, but if we do, we'll be back at Keizer's! Thanks everyone!
