Stanislas College

I highly recommend this school for its teaching team. Unfortunately the administration is not at all at the level of the reputation of the establishment.No consideration for parents and even less for students / former students.My son was refused after months of waiting with almost no follow-up and above all without any discussion. Unfortunately he has no choice because it is the only establishment that does his subjects in Terminale for the baccalaureate.Former student for 7 years then 4 years in London still in the AEFE network.In summary, he is a former student who has done his whole career within the AEFE and in particular at Stanislas to pass the baccalaureate and when he gets there he is COMPLETELY abandoned.No consideration for the student and even less for taking a child out of school.Ultimately, staying within the AEFE has become much more penalizing and especially with Stanislas Montreal's way of managingMy advice, if you intend to stay in Quebec, it is much more preferable to go to a Quebec school than Stanislas.

I recommend this school for their secondary school: amenities, teachers, and administration are good. (Primary had some administrative issues, but their response during the pandemic has shown a coherent grip on events.)

Great school! The French program is excellent! My son loves the hockey!

One look at the news and you’ll get why I gave this school a one star.

Good curriculum and teachers, parking there is a nightmare and could be a little bit more organized during students release

I hate the school but I love it and it made me who I am, with the best people and teachers I ever met

I know a lot of reviews are jokes due to them being made by students but I can tell you after having graduated 2 years ago that this school is absolutely one of the best in Montreal.I have great memories from studying here and do not regret it one bit.If anything I regret not having spent my entire scholarship here as the school I was at prior to studying here was a joke compared to this one.I miss it!

I’m a student here, would recommend for parents, very good school

Unfortunately the reputation of Stanislas ( primary school and secondary as well ) doesn’t follow up with neither its educational quality nor quantity due to lack of administration and teaching with old school, archaic methodology. It reminds me of 70-80’s teaching methodology with lot of memorizing , trying to buffer kids with lot of homework but not teaching them properly new notions , or using efficiently technology we have in 21st century . As pedagogical side, no empathy towards the kids, no strong pedagogical support with kids in difficulties, no control over bullying and violence going on either. The rest is far from being this new era school. So sad that administration can’t see the drowning quality of its education.

Went there only for voting, but seems to be a very nice school also. :)
