Constance Bay General Store

Super friendly service from the man at the cash and he was very sweet to my 2 year old daughter. Found everything we needed as well as some ice cream sundae ingredients!

This is the worst general store EVER! If I could give no stars, I would. The service is unbelievably offensive.Here's what happened, I wanted to buy a bottle of wine after work, my 14 year old daughter commented on a pretty wine label" and they refused to sell me a bottle of wine (different than the one she commented on) I am not sure of the motivation to be so offencive to paying customers but if they are looking to reduce the nuber of customers they have

Mike and Marie are awesome!I always get greeted with a smile, they remember my name and they treat people with respect- very accommodating.

Family owned and operatedIt's small but always seems to have what you need. They have a small selection of fresh vegetables and enough variety of other foods so you can make a healthy meal. They're also an LCBO outlet which is handy.The building is old and like most buildings in The Bay cobbled together over time. It's well overdue for a refresh but it does the trick.

I stopped in for directions to the main part of the beach.This cute little store has just about anything you would need and the woman who is there helping certainly was kind and considerate.

The store is conveniently located and well stocked with all the essentials. We were staying at a cottage and were able to get the few items we forgot right before they closed on a Sunday night. The kids enjoyed picking out their favourite treats too.

The owner Michael is completely uneducated In the customer service field. His daughter Marie is always lovely! Whenever I go in there and see she is not there I turn around because I know my shopping experience wouldn’t be any good. This man yells at you, points at you, and has absolutely zero manners as if he is god.I’ve seen him second hand yelling and treating customers poorly..I’ve experienced first hand him yelling at me , he throws my change at me…Asked for my ID when purchasing smokes… then continued to insult my appearance…completely unacceptable and if it wasn’t for his amazing daughter who is always so loving and friendly… I would probably make it so he wasn’t working there. Because of how many people he makes uncomfortable and unwelcome in his store.

Still way too much water no beach

It's a good community general store, has a good selection of food and conveniences plus they sell Beer and Alcohol. They are serious about keeping it safe so they limit how many people are in the store at one time.
