Popped in for an appointment today, i only wanted to try on sample dresses within my budget and felt absolutely no pressure whatsoever to try on more expensive dresses i might fall in love with - in actual fact the lovely manager was against me doing this! I walked in shaking, sweating and stressing if i'm honest but the shop manager was so calm, patient and friendly. While i didn't find my dress today i can go to further appointments without getting stressed out about it as i now know what i want and don't want and was helped to discover what works for me and what doesn't. I would 100% recommend this experience at this bridal boutique. I might not have my dress yet but i certainly was given a confidence boost and i thank you for that!

Absolutely fantastic experience for bridal and bridesmaid dress shopping. The range is gorgeous, the private rooms in the store make you feel so special and the staff were truly amazing. Lori really went above and beyond and was an excellent advisor. I would recommend Bibbidi Bobbidi to all brides!

I couldn't rate this shop high enough,the level of expertise and advice I received was unmatched to all the other bridal stores I visited. I was very nervous about trying on dresses, the assistant was so friendly and put me at ease about trying on dresses. She really listened to my concerns and pulled dresses that made me feel confident and suited my figure. I loved all the dresses, even ones I didn't expect to like.The dresses you had available were all stunning, unlike any other stores I had been to. There was a really wide range of dresses which I was pleasantly surprised about (I think with the name I thought there would only be princess style dresses). The dresses picked were perfect for me and really made me think about what I want. I loved the private changing rooms, I was able to get a proper look at the front and back of all the dresses. All the staff were so friendly, there was no pressure at all and made the day special for both myself and family. Thank you!

I absolutely loved my experience here! I didn’t expect to be walking away with having picked my dress that day however the girls were all so lovely and made me feel comfortable in my own skin! As a bigger girl it is hard to find dresses that fit however they made me feel beautiful and my stylist was so helpful and brought dresses they thought would suit me and my shape also taking into consideration my taste too. There were so many dresses to choose from in plus size which is fab! 10/10 would thoroughly recommend!

As a plus size bride (size 28) it was AMAZING to try on dresses that actually fit. My consultant Carole was fantastic at her job, she really knows her stuff. She knew the second she looked at me what would suit me and she was bang on with everything!I have since bought my dress from another store but I don't want to take away from the lovely experience I had at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo. I cannot express how amazing Carole was.If you are looking for a great experience (especially as a plus size bride), I would 1000% recommend this store!!

Unfortunately having to give my experience here 2 stars.The staff were very lovely and friendly and I can not fault them at all!However the actual experience itself was not great.Not a great selection of dresses or sizes which made it difficult to try dresses on both of my bridesmaids. I understand this may be due to suppliers but it is something I would try to improve as one of my bridesmaids could not get into any of the dresses we liked as they were all very small sizes.The member of staff tending to us was very kind but didn’t seem too experienced. No measurements were taken of the bridesmaids to check sizes and the girl was extremely quiet and didn’t discuss much in terms of what we were looking for.One member of staff was a lot more experienced and asked us a few questions and discussed things with us in between dealing with another customer which was nice and I feel maybe we could have had a better experience if we had a more confident member of staff assisting us.This is not a bad review but more feedback on my experience and what could have been improved.Thank you again for taking the time to see us.
