I had a wonderful experience with this company. My driver's license had expired, and Dolly was truly wonderful in letting me become aware of the situation and gave me time to renew my license before anything drastic had to happen. She was easy to contact and you never had to wait longer than a few hours to hear back from her. Hard to find a company that cares about their clients and offers such phenomenal customer service as much as this company does. Thank you again for all your help.

I was totally impressed with the professionalism, knowledge of coverage, efficiency and honesty. If she didn't know the answer she did not fake it but, with minimal wait came back with correct, solid information. As such she made sure the correct and most appropriate insurance was provided for my needs. Top marks to Ms. Singh and Desjardins in Concord, Ontario.

I have been with Rick Andrews Insurance for over 25 years and always had a really great experience and top notch service. The staff are all very courteous, respectful, professional and prompt for all my insurance needs. They handle my auto, home, motorcycle, business and personal disability policies. The price is always competitive but the superb service and the ability to speak to a live agent whenever I call makes all the difference! The ability to speak to Rick, Mary, Farnaz or any of the other great staff is fantastic. I highly recommend this company for all your insurance needs !

I have deal with Farnaz. she is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job to offer the best available coverage. I have deal with her 2-3 times but every single time her service was excellent. Everytime I had any question regarding any auto insurance or any thing related claim she has replied promptly and accurately. Thank you v much for all your great help and u are simply the best.
