Jatin Kapoor and myself help helped my son buy his first vehicle a Nissan Leaf. As a parent, I felt so comfortable, heard and I appreciated how kind and connected he is as a sales associate.I walked in and said, please no games I get agitated easy. Everything after that was straightforward and to the point. I definitely felt like he was part of our team, I actually felt like the whole office was. I usually feel like I’m fighting the whole time and after recently buying a new SOLTERRA from Subaru, I was sure I wasn’t going to want to go through the process of purchasing another car. It was absolutely painless! I’m not even kidding. Thank you Jatin for being a kind man who definitely has some great positive energy and thank you to Go Nissan South team!Emile in finance, a shout out to her as well. She was absolutely a joy and made it feel like a clean process at the end.

Hi!We bought a Nissan horn 2021, mileage 110,000, in February. I thought it was going to be almost a new car and wouldn't have any problems with it, for a couple more years!The dealer told us we needed to change the brake pads and there are oil stains on the rear calipers. This is a minor problem. Other than that, everything is fine!!!But in a month and a half turned out that the oil leaked in the transfer case (told in another service that it leaked for a long time, and the service in go nissan hid it), two months later the battery died! We have had the car for three months (6000 mileage) and there are already a lot of problems with it!I came in for diagnostics and was told it's $2000 from you". Battery replacement and key tethering $750

Had the best experience here buying my new Mazda. Tom was definitely one of the best car salesmen I have ever worked with. His personality and positive energy and attitude made the whole experience, very easy and fun.And Savannah who helped with our finance was an absolute rockstar. The whole experience was great A+, and I appreciated the salesman ZAHIR SHAH who made the sale from start to finish enjoyable and stress free. He was knowledgeable and seemed to just zero in to what I wanted without wasting my time or his. I had a great experience with servicing my car at this location. Video from the technician as usual for progress on what has been done and some suggestions on the car for repairs. Prompt call from them on pricing and suggestions for which of the recommendations are essential now or not.They have a nice lounge area with coffee, chocolate, water to go. They also have snack bar dispensing machine that tou can buy from.Overall great experience and highly recommended!!!
