Whats the point of this branch? The branch does not do anything that is “teller transactions”Im someone that lives in the area and have to walk to Georgia branch(20min walk) to do most of my transactions including international wire transfers.

Sometimes I go to this branch, I don't know why but I do.I've never had a problem with CCS. Go in, deposit, get out. That's been my relationship with CCS for 10 years.

Wow this branch is awful. They refuse to answer the phone. How are we meant to make an appointment for something like a Wire Transfer?

Atm is down and employees are in the bank but I can't even make a cash deposit AT THE BANK(through the employees). This is wild to me.Do better. Have a contingency plan. Likely switching banks if the MO of Coast Capital is to provide minimal service through apparent cost cutting measures.

Great little branch with super friendly staff. It's so different from one of the big five that it doesn't even feel like a bank. It's like to sit down, have a coffee and read a little instead of standing in line like cattle. So far, we've only had stellar experiences with them.Accounts are inexpensive (or free!) on the personal side and the business acounts are very resonably priced. Online banking is better than what I had at TD. I appreciate the breadth of service offerings (insurance, investments, etc.) without the hard sell that normally accompanies such things.

What is a client supposed to do when the ATM puts a hold on a cash deposits and when you make an appointment you can't deposit money only get financial advice on Saturdays? I don't understand why I can no longer go in this branch to make cash deposits and why they will still make an appointments for you over the phone even when I clearly stated I will be making a cash deposit... and the only other downtown branch isn't open on the weekends. This is ridiculous!
