Could not have asked for a better experience. This is my third time using a realtor and by far Laura Gillis was the best. Unlike the others, she listened, read between the lines and proactively found houses thinking about my family must haves and hopeful wishes. This thoughtful approach made my family excited to see her and wanting to look at houses. To top it off, she negotiated over 100k off the asking price and after completion of the sale we learned an offer had fell through days before our offer was accepted that was at full asking price. Icing on the cake.
