They accepted to deliver our 900Kg crate and then asked me if I had a forklift at my residence to unload it. They then asked if I could get a trailer to come pick it up and that they would have to start charging me storage fees if I couldn't get it myself. Not sure Manitoulin Transfer understands the nature of their company business! All I have to say is WOW!!Totally dissatisfied!

Awful customer service. Called to request a quote, the lady on the other line was not helpful, by any means. She continued to speak to me in a condescending tone, when I asked her for help she brushed me off. Would not recommend.

This place damaged my shipment, hasn't helped me register my claim and then has Dan calling from the dock, threatening storage fees because my replacement shipment that I had to pay for has been sitting there for less than two whole business days.

Very bad driver's truck 51954 April 12 2023 give another driver middle finger cut off Flatbed didn't let him to pass him almost cause big accident on highway 17 east of Terrace Bay ON I'm sure safety manager in this companie they don't do they're jobs that's why driver's are like that on the roads

Don't use this freight company. They damaged my cabinets, completely smashed half my shipment. Cost me $1600 not including storage for damaged cabinets and time to replace. They took over 2 months to finally send me a cheque for $1100. And they tell me to understand there position.... really? That's not how you treat customers when there is a lot of competition out there.

Manitoulin is a great place to drop and pick up freight. They are quick to load or unload as needed. Your waiting time is normally very minimal. Much better than any other LTL company in Winnipeg. Hats off to their great customer service and wonderful staff.
