The Spa at the Old Mill
While the massage was good, the rest of my 'spa experience' was extremely disappointing - to say the least. In the small men's changing room, shaving cream - but no razors, no hair dryer, no antiperspirant or deodorant. I paid 'spa' pricing but definitely didn't receive spa services.

We had his and hers massages, very thorough, did a nice walk around the grounds as we did 23 years ago, when we got married here. Always a nice visit and experience

Sorry! We are totally not impressed with the services. Now I cannot pin it on the estheticians or the therapists because I am not sure who decides how the work is done. The massages were mediocre at best. They were too light Inspite of asking for more pressure. The salt chamber is a farce. Nothing happened other than sitting in loud noise for 10 mins and wondering what we were to feel. The manicure…..I can manually pull more cuticles out. The spa is nice itself and the service people friendly and warm. Sorry but I can’t pay for that without getting a good treatment.

The Spa at the Old Mill
I used the Duchess for a day package which includes classic English facial and manicure& pedicure. The ladies who assisted me were very pleasant and accommodating, I felt comfortable being there and enjoyed the service. The receptionists were welcoming as well and the venue was well presented. Although I understand that this place is not exactly for good quality nail services, I wish it had turned out better. The cuticles were not even removed and I was scared of the lady hurting my fingers and toes because she didn't seem experienced enough. I would go back for the spa but might find a proper nail salons for nail services.

Our first -couples massage-experience at the Old Mill Spa was incredible! We both really enjoyed our massages and can honestly say that it was the very best massage either of us have ever had!! We felt it was exactly how we would love a massage to feel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was an amazing experience and I will absolutely book it again in the near future. Such a special place.

Booked a spa appointment here and it was just divine. Great service, good ambience and a beautiful location. The spa is part of the Inn located in a quiet part of town, lots of character with a Wedding Garden on the side. Certainly recommend trying it out

I have been here multiple times for massage with Christina. She is amazing! I would definitely recommend seeing her. The front desk staff are also very welcoming and attentive.

Went old mill not the spa for company retreat was great the brunch was fantastic the food was hot , service is great after our brunch went in one of the rooms for Mysteriously Yours that was fantastic everyone has to try it its lots of fun .The old mil is like your going back in time which is good all staff are pleasant and helpful everything inside and outside is clean
