Xzavier the employee in the shoe department was amazing. He gave his personal recommendation, showed us the most comfortable and affordable shoes and did not complain whatsoever when customers kept asking him to get more shoes. He treated us with a positive attitude and was highly knowledgeable. Give this guy a raise!

The manager was extremely kind and was willing to help us out, despite our situation with returns and exchanges. Definitely recommend this location for excellent customer service and friendly/helpful staff.

Purchased a Fitbit on line and requested store pick up. When I went to pick it up, the cashier throws out a line that it’s final sale.I asked where it says that and he couldn’t answer but called someone else. This person said first that it was their policy. When I asked where it says that anywhere prior to purchasing, she changed her tune and said that it says it on my E-receipt (which it doesn’t).Even if it did, by that time it’s too late. I’d already paid on line. I refused to accept the Fitbit and she had to call a manager to ok a return of my money. The manager does not have any authority to realize that they have no written policy as she tried to intimate and then deal with it accordingly. She wanted me to write to customer service.Be careful with purchases from this store. Very unethical.Sport Chek Response: NICE TRY! Excellent service for my hybrid bicycle that had a flat tire. The gentleman at the service desk was friendly. Dante replaced my tire (inner tube) in 10 minutes while I waited, then we had a good chat about bicycles and gear. It was just an overall pleasant experience, and I was able to bike home. I'm happy. Keep it up, Sport Chek.

I went to go get shoes for me and my mom and had no clue what to get the sales rep was so helpful knew exactly what he was talking about, and so kind just a real gem and got the best service possible so thank you Lynden you are amazing

Big store, good variety but all pricey as always

Very disappointed with this store.Called to inquire about a product I wanted, a store worker named McKenna told me she couldn’t check if the product was available because she needs a manager to open the box. Fine, I went to the store to get it and talk to a manager. Come to later find out, she could not find the product and did not want to admit it. The manager was nice, that’s why I’m giving three stars instead of one. Still never got the product though. Sad.

Not sure who took my call at Footwear but the staff was great. I was recommended New Balances for my doctor, and the rep walked me through many of the options over the phone. Made the long commute because of how this person answered my question. At the store, I believe Lyndon (I might have misspelled his name) was very knowledgeable on the floor. He juggled 4 peoples orders at the same time, was fast, efficient and knew what he was talking about.

Came here to get shoes for my dad. Nixsana was very helpful and had amazing service. She took her time and welcomed me as soon as I walked in. The cashier was also nice. Would be back!
