Terrible service, have had no access in the past few weeks. I had my administrator reset it for me 5 times in the past few weeks and every single time i go through the steps to reset it and when i go to login it says “please contact administrator” I JUST DID AND I JUST RESET IT ! 5 TIMES!!! Absoltely no access what so ever and would love access for tax season or im screwed. Terrible service.

I need to be contacted as soon as possible. I have no access to nethris since last week and has been IMPOSSIBLE to contact Nethris by phone! my access was revoked and I can not proceed with payroll. This is unacceptable. More than 3 hours on hold to have my call answered. Immiland Canada

Médiocre customer service for employees. They only answer to companies management. Not even a remote assistance for password or to help you understand how to access your paycheck information. Although decent service when you're calling from accounting.

My company has been with Nethris for nearly 2 years. Wow, they are incredibly efficient. As well, very polite when I call with questions or inquiries. I even had an issue once while out of the country and the customer service agent went over and beyond to help me solve my problem. Very happy with NETHRIS.Good customer service and user friendly platform.

WORST COMPANY EVER. Their customer service is the worst in all Canada, they yell, they have ZERO professionalism, whoever reads this message I hope you read it on time and DONT work with this company, I never write reviews because I don't care enough to do so, but I have been DISRESPECTED by this company, if I could I would do more, but I really hope you open your eyes before its too late, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

If you are thinking about using this service for Payrol, RUN AWAY. The service not user friendly at all, the staff are completely incompetent and VERY rude. They ended up sending out wrong t4s to my staff, and wanted my company to pay to fix it. To top it off, i had to pay late penalties to to CRA because of their mistakes. Not once did they apologise or take responsibility. They made my payroll a huge mess, and it ended up costing me a fortune in time and money to fix their errors.

I'm confused about all the negative reviews about Nethris. My company has been using Nethris for 8 years and we have never had an issue they couldn't solve within minutes over the phone. Every single representative we have spoken to has been friendly, courteous and helpful. Even during the beginning of the pandemic, they went out of their way to research answers and call us back when they didn't know something. Kudos to the Nethris team!
