We have been with REMAX property management for about half a year and Anna-Maria and Marlon Brass have been great! Lots of little fixes have come up on our property, but their website (where every request gets logged) makes it really easy to be as involved or involved as we want to be. Very flexible whether we want to take on work ourselves, get our own contractors or let them handle everything. Great communication. Very happy with our decision.

We worked with Anna Maria with our rental property. All her communication was very thorough professional and very prompt with replies to our questions every single time. We really appreciate all her efforts and working with her was such a pleasant experience.

I have been with Remax for a little under a year now. Right from the start they have been accommodating with all the fixes I've required. The office has always gotten back to me right away. Such a welcome change from some other rental companies I've experienced.

When I relocated to Nanaimo, the amount of available rentals was very low. Property Mgrs were unresponsive, but Anna-Maria Brass at Remax Rental Pros not only got back to me promptly but found me a fabulous apt. just when I had given up all hope. Her kindness, professionalism, and superb communication skills were a welcome relief. Marlon made the leasing process fast and painless. Anna-Maria was there on the move in date with a spotlessly clean apartment. Since then, Anna-Maria, Marlon, and the property management team have been top-notch! I have been working with them for almost 2 years and they are always quick to find and approachable.But the reason I recommend them is for one particular experience.They had a miscommunication with my tenant which led up to possible big debate. Guy was leading the team at the time and from the first moment he took ownership of their mistake and worked on it till we got to the resolution.Acting professional and being reliable is what I care about the most.Update: Marlon didn't give me any option other than changing my review to 5 star :)

Marlons been great to deal with. Got us a beautiful new bathroom in our rental. On a Saturday night the tenants down stairs got locked out. He was over in 20 minutes to get them into their place
