Aspira and Sienna are the same company. They're both run by vile people who care only about profit. The abuse and neglect the seniors receive due to the poor decisions made by upper management is appalling. Majority of the staff involved are blamed for this and yet they are the ones voicing the concerns while management either ignores them or fires them.Also, why after the proof masks do nothing to prevent COVID-19 that human resources continues to force the staff to wear them? The health of the staff is deteriorating and that's one of the reasons why. Also, the realization vaccines are connected to the sudden deaths of people who agreed to take them raises questions why a so-called health facility still wants to force the staff to take them?Again, Aspira and Sienna lack compassion and they lack common sense. This is a horrible company that should have all of the board of directors behind bars, as well as the upper management. They're all terrible.

Aspira/Sienna is a terrible company. Google up Sienna Senior Living Lawsuits and your jaw will drop when you learn about the crimes they've committed. The fault doesn't fall on the staff members. The fault 100% falls on the upper management. The HR department are horrible people. They trample on people's rights without a care in the world. They care nothing about the seniors except for their money. The deliberate cutting of staff has caused serious problems where the staff are overworked and the seniors are neglected.My mother's sister is at Yorkton Crossing and ever since Sienna has cut the staff down to nothing, she's had to wait unacceptably long times just to receive basic care. It's horrible! There's also no quality staff left at the other locations in Ontario and Saskatchewan. Sienna's HR department is that bad! So is the upper management team.I know of good people whose lives are badly disrupted because of Sienna's actions. Many families want to pull their loved ones out of Aspira/Sienna locations but don't have another place to go to yet. Yes, they're that bad!Also, the staff are disrespected, including department managers. The micro-management is terrible! All of the decisions made by HR and upper management have zero regard for anything other than making a quick buck.And I agree about the masks with the other reviewer. That's a draconian measure that's outdated! Why are you risking the health of your workers after it's already proven the masks don't stop the spread of Covid? Excessive mask wear is connected to respiratory failure and other medical problems.
