We feel so lucky and grateful to have switched to Paul for our water, well, and pump needs. He is, by far, the most knowledgeable and ethical service provider we have dealt with in the Cowichan Valley. Time and again, he took his own time to explain how our water system works to us, and has provided us with advice and direction on how to save money. For instance, he taught how to change our filters, and advocated on our behalf when sub-standard work was performed by another water system provider, thereby saving us significant money when making the needed repairs. His commitment to providing prompt, expert, and principled service is second to none. We cannot recommend Paul enough.

When our well quit pump died, we called many places in order to arrange repair. Paul's prices were not only the most competitive, but he was able to give us the quickest service date. When he was here, it was clear that he is very experienced and knowledgeable. He was also able to explain problems and processes very well. It has been three months since our service, and everything is running perfectly. We would highly recommend Paul!!

If you have any need for well, pump, water treatment services, call this man first. He has integrity and morals unlike some others. He is very efficient and accurate. He does not sell" you something you don't need. I would highly recommend him. We had him come and fix up a mess that another company in the cowichan valley left us."
