Dan's Appliance Repair

If I can give less than 1 star I would smh. He told me a price over the phone, as well as a diagnosis. He arrives at my home takes one look at me, gets a phone call and proceeds with his phone call outside of my door, which I thought was very disrectful. Then goes to my fridge sees that my door is broken and changed his diagnosis and proceeds to charge almost a thousand dollars. In total he was in and out of my house within 10 mins upon arriving, fixing nothing and I still had to pay him for wasting my time. I've had a lot of issues in Peterborough when it comes to service and how you're treated based off of what you look like. Based off of my experience wouldn't refer him to anyone I know.

Dan is the best! Very responsive, made an appointment to come look at my dishwasher as soon as he could, and was very friendly/helpful. Fixed my issue quickly. Highly recommend. Dog-friendly :-).

I was very impressed with Dan's service and professionalism. He arrived as planned, quickly diagnosed and fixed the Galaxy washing machine and explained what was done. I would highly recommend Dan.

Dan took our call just before 8AM and was able to see us in less than 2 hours. The repair involved cleaning a drainage tube in our refrigerator and cost far less than we feared. Everything's working great! Highly recommended trustworthy neighbour. Thanks Dan!

I originally went with Dan's Appliance Repair because of all of the great reviews! But boy, was I wrong. The technicians that came (I believe one was Dan himself) were extremely rude! They ordered me around without a single please" or "thank you". They were also very unprepared even though I gave them all of the information a full day ahead of time. I was charged for the labour cost of both technicians even though all they did was spend 90% of their time googling the error code that I previously sent them. After the issue was "fixed"

Dan is friendly and knows his stuff. We've gotten several appliances from him and they are always in great shape and in good working condition. We've also had him come out for service calls. He's efficient and good at diagnosing problems. We would highly recommend him!

Came to fix my dryer…. He did that and told me how to put my stove together. Great and friendly service. My new go-to guy

I called Dan's Appliance Repair about an error message on my washer, which was preventing me from doing laundry, and he was fantastic. While talking with him on the phone he provided some tips to try first, in order to save a service call! What fabulous service! I highly recommend him.

Called him talked to him he said he would call me back and never did. Not happy with his service at all!
