Why is your daycares outdoor fenced off area meters away from highway 21 where a lot of accidents occur?

We've been full time enrolled with Smart Learners since Oct 2022. We initially visited the open house in July 2022 and decided this was the right place for our 12mo. old--we're glad we did! Here's our experience so far (6 months):The quality of care: The staff is very attentive and dedicated. They greet our daughter every morning by name even if they are in a different room. Our daughter really loves her teacher Olena.Communication: It can depend on the staff member you are communicating with. We need to ask more but overall we would like to get more information about what our little likes food and activity wise. When we emailed to ask for a chance to chat, we got a call from the daycare director and our questions were all answered.Facilities: Part of the appeal of Smart Learners was that it was a new building. They have a good selection of toys and the rooms are well setup. When we had a tour we were impressed with the kitchen space and large rooms. They are clean and well maintained by staff. The outdoor space is large which was something we wanted for our little who loves to be outside.Meals: We only pack a snack for our little. They take care of the rest and we're impressed by the menu. We love that our little gets to try new foods.Curriculum: We love seeing photos of the kids experiencing things like painting, textures, baking, art, and milestone related activities. We're always seeing the artwork on the walls or photos of the learning focused activities. We also love that they take the kids outside for walks or to play in the play area when weather allows. Our little loves that.Staff: This has never been a question for us. They are friendly and approachable and caring. We would love to get more updates through text (photos and updates) but the staff are just prioritizing care.Special events: We loved the Christmas concert and potluck they put on and appreciate that the team is organizing fundraisers to get more toys and activities for the kids.Overall experience:This is our first experience with a daycare but it's been very positive and we'd recommend Smart Learners. It's been a great fit for us and we've seen a lot of growth in our little over the last 6 months.
