Ben and his team did a phenomenal job replacing our roof, facia, eavestroughs and put on window shutters.His team was friendly and were able to answer any questions we had.Would highly recommend.

These guys are unbelievable! I sent in an email requesting a call back to discuss work required on my siding. Received no response to my email. I called their office and left a voice mail. Still no call back. I tried to call one more time and spoke to someone in the office. I was assured that someone would call me back to understand the work requirements. No call back!Truly unbelievable! Competition is fierce and the fact these guys do not respond to potential work makes me wonder what would happen when you book with these guys. Do not waste your time with these guys.

Extremely frustrating to deal with as a customer. As a resident in south Barrie, I was looking to get an assessment done on the condition of our roof shingles. I reached out to Rainer's on three occasions - twice to follow-up after the original phone call, as no estimator showed up within the time-frame that was communicated.While I can't speak to the workmanship of Rainer's Roofing (since my experience with them never made it to that point), I would recommend that other options be considered based solely on the customer service experience.

I would like to thank Mike and his guys at Rainer's for amazing service. They came on time, did phenomenal work and left a clean work area when finished. They replaced my downspouts, and installed two roof vents at my house, they even left a long runner on the downspout to direct the water far away from the house. Quality, workmanship and price are all first class at Rainer's.

We contracted Rainer’s to do the soffit, facia, and eaves on a new outbuilding. The work was of poor quality and within a few months, large sections of soffit had fallen out, followed by end caps. After over a year trying to get Rainer’s to respond to us by either email, telephone, or even personal visits to their office, a third party contractor intervened to assist as a favour. Rainer’s replied that it’s a “he said, she said” issue...not really sure what that means but they like to use it a lot...and the only way he would do anything about the situation was if we removed the BBB complaint we filed (to which he never did respond). We will hire someone else to make repairs but will not change our review; the public needs to be aware of these types of businesses so that they can avoid them.

The worse experience EVER...emails not returned...phone calls not returned...basically ignored.Even after I left a long message...calmly explain my frustration. Still no call back. They just don't CARE...don't want my money...have to try to find someone else.Save yourself the frustration...don't even ask for a quote...the quote was easy it was the service afterwards.

Quote included ridge venting that was then not installed. Roofer said not needed. Now I have inadequate venting and my ceilings inside the home are hot. Never did come back to install the chimney flashing. Buyer beware.

We had a complicated project with a an old barn and Rainer's did an amazing job for a fair price. They are straight up and hard-working, 100% would recommend!

I had to have them come back three times to fix what they didn't do right in the first place and still to this day I have problems. I had to get the owner to come out and have a look because the the sales rep was being rude and disrespectful to me and my husband. I would no recommend this company to do any work. It has only been two years and I am also now having to have stuff fixed again by someone else.Beware

Did our dream home with zero hassle. Worked with the other trades well, worked through the weather when possible, quality was great and price was competitive. Came back to fix some small things without any issue or saying it wasn’t there problem. Really one of the best companies we had in our place.
