The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I trust what they tell me and have never steered me wrong in the 5+years I've been taking my car to them. It's nice to have a great neighborhood garage

Apparently it's a problem to reschedule appointments at this place. I didn't get served because a female scheduler isn't well versed in customer service. There was no “no show” or the option to pre-purchase anything as the person bellow suggests with their second hand knowledge. I was very sure of the vehicle I was bringing. The female refused to reschedule and find a solution when I asked so I went else where.

Recently need to get some unexpected brake work on my car. Surprisingly, I was able to get an appointment the very next morning, with the work completed by mid afternoon, and was less than they had originally estimated! I even got my MVI done at the same time. We've been going here for a few years now for regular maintenance on two household vehicles and have never had less than excellent service.

I have used Drobot Automotive a few times now. I have always had exceptional service, they explain everything very clearly, and charge very reasonably. They were very quick to get me an appointment and resolve my car issues. I would definitely recommend using this garage over any other. I will be going back!

I’ve been coming here for the last couple years and service has been amazing! With me not knowing much about cars it’s very nice how they will explain everything and answer all my questions with ease! I seem to think somethings wrong with my car alot (when it’s not) and whenever I call to see if they can look at it just to ease my mind they usually fit me in the same day or the following day! I couldn’t ask for better service and such knowledgeable people!! The prices are amazing, the staff there are very diligent, I recommend this place to everyone! Would give it 10 stars if i could!!
