I loved the fire-cupping/ acupuncture combination. Sabrina was amazing: knowledgeable, tailored the treatment to my specific needs, and checked in often to make sure I was comfortable with the whole process. I will definitely return.

I have been seeing Niki Allard for hypnotherapy for a couple of months and it has been an excellent experience. Niki is kind, caring, professional and has a wonderful approach, and a lovely voice. I had my massage/craniosacral therapy with Gayle. Literally the best massage I've ever had. She mentioned she sometimes has silent conversations with muscles (sorry for telling the world Gayle!), and I feel like that's true. It's like she knew my body, exactly what spots and how much pressure. It must have been divinely guided or something. There was a point when I felt like I had returned to the womb. It sounds like I'm exaggerating but I'm not, those words are simply the best way to describe my experience.

I have been absolutely plagued with chronic headaches for the first time in my life after having a car accident and a bad reaction to medication that I thought would take my life. It had been a year and a half and while all the serious complications have gone away, I was left with this all consuming headache and neck issues 24/7. I was crippled with depression at the thought of never being able to live another day without pain. I couldn't work and performing simple tasks such as going to the grocery store was so hard. I could not imagine a future. I went from being a vibrant healthy person to a shell of my former self. I finally called a councillor to help with my mental state dealing with chronic pain and she said I have just the person for you. She said you have to try and see someone that cured me of my post concussion syndrome using sacral cranial therapy, when nothing else worked. She admittedly said she had no clue how it worked but said she didn't question it because it worked! I called as soon as I got off the phone and booked in for a cranial/ massage with Gayle. After just three sessions I started to feel a shift. Now it's been 30 days zero headache. I cannot believe it! I owe her everything. The treatment is so incredible you almost go into a trance and when you leave you feel like you are in a different realm. I just cannot stress enough how blessed I feel to have met her. Thank you Gayle you are truly a life saver!

I have been seeing Sabrina for acupuncture now for about 7 months going for an average of 8 times a year, wishing I could go more often. When I first came I immediately felt comfortable with her which is super important to me when we’re taking care of ourselves. She treats me for stress relief and I alway leave there feeling super calm and relaxed, like I’ve been sitting out in the sun for hours. Before my sessions she sits me down and asks questions about my health and if there’s anything new, never feeling rushed during my appointments. I have experienced acupuncture in the past before and didn’t care too much for it. After seeing Sabrina I have a great appreciation for it now and I’m understanding much more. There are major benefits to acupuncture and I’m always looking forward to my next appointment with her. She also uses cupping on me which is a wonderful option to go with. If you’re new to acupuncture or are unsure about it or maybe didn’t have a great experience in the past Sabrina is the acupuncturist to go with, she’s fabulous!!~Dawn Gilson

Gayle is an incredibly skilled massage therapist. She gravitated toward my sore runners knee without my telling her about it and worked wonders on it. She is professional and warm, and made the whole experience feel safe, relaxing and therapeutic. After one experience I am sold, 3 follow-up appointments are already in the calendar.
