We were in this store to shop for a queen size mattress with little knowledge. Scot was able to kindly guide us through and provide helpful information. With our limited budget, he was able to give us a great deal for what we wanted. Thank you!

Went in looking for a firm mattress - Bonnie was great at finding out the exact specs of the mattress we were comfortable with and then showed us a few options. When we asked for a quotation, she blew us away with the price! Great customer service & very personable.

Every experience we’ve had with sleep country has been so positive! Most recently we bought a new mattress at the sleep country in Cloverdale. Bonnie was extremely helpful! She was Knowledgeable and patient with us as we tried many of the mattresses in the store. Our sleep has improved greatly because she helped us find a mattresses that would fit both our sleep needs! Highly recommend!

The lady who helped us in the showroom was super helpful and had lots of info for all of the bed in box styles we were looking for. Getting the mattress and taking it home the same day was ideal, loved that we didn’t have to wait. Bought a new mattress protector and sheets as well! The only thing I didn’t think about is that the mattress in the showroom has had a lot more people lay on it so it was very comfortable and soft and the one we brought home and have slept on for about a month now is obviously more firm as it’s so new so I have to get used to that. Maybe one day it will be as nice and comfy as the one in the showroom! Overall good experience, would recommend.

I wanted to buy pillows. I saw how they have pillow experts in each store. I called their on-line and the gentleman was very friendly. He suggested I go into a store and try them out and speak to a pillow specialist. I went into the Cloverdale store and met a lady. The store was totally empty. I told her I was looking for pillows. She right away took me to the section and said these three are on sale buy one get one free. I was surprised she didn’t ask me any questions. So I asked don’t you need to know if I am a side sleeper or a back sleeper or anything like that. She gave me a look and said these work for everyone. I use a C-Pap and asked if they would work. Sounded like she didn’t really know or care. I asked aren’t you supposed to be pillow experts again she just looked at me. I asked for the manager and was told he was not around. I was told he is in Langley and she walked behind the desk. I followed and asked for his number. Was told Randy was the manager. I called from my car and was told he was with a customer. I left my name and phone number and has been over 24 hours still no call. I have bought my last fives beds from Sleep Country in Surrey and the experience has been great I can’t say the same for this time around. The fact that the manager has still not called.Sorry but the fact the manager has still not called and I get a note here to email doesn’t really work. I actually got a call from the Manager about 10 days later. Apparently he was busy and off after. I also sent an email to the company according to their response over a week ago and no response

I would like to acknowledge Bonnie at Sleep County in Cloverdale B.C. She was very patient and knowledgeable about all the products. She helped me in deciding the best products for our household needs. She explained all the details about the different mattresses. She was very professional, a great listener and a problem solver. Had a really great experience with Scot. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful in finding me the best deal and fit for me as a university student and first-time mattress buyer. Really appreciate all the time he took to help out. Anyone looking for an excellent and surprisingly easy mattress/accessory purchase call ahead and ask for Scot. Bonus points: he’s super funny and makes it enjoyable!
