Loved this northern Thai restaurant. Foods are very authentic and tasty, service is good and fast. I liked this location because it is less busy than the downtown location.Interior decoration are modern with a high ceiling. It is a nice place to hangout with friends.Will definitely come back try more dishes!

Came here for my friend’s birthday. They close at 10pm on a Friday (as per google) but still allowed us to book a reservation for 9:15 and allowed us to dine until 10:40pm.We ordered A LOT of food. We got the shrimp chips, spring rolls, pork skewers and chicken wings off the app menu and still got a main each. Everything was so delicious. Literally nothing disappointed us.I got the Khao Soi with beef, which was offered with chili oil. It ended up being so creamy and tasty. On top of it all, we shared a few desserts.We ended up paying between $65-75 each after splitting all the apps and depending on what drink we got. I tried the Thai espresso martini which was a 4/5.Atmosphere is very cute, service was exceptional— some dishes came out within 10 minutes of ordering and bathrooms were singles and clean.

I originally discovered this restaurant when passing by the downtown location, but due to limited seating there, I gave this uptown location a try.Walking in, the first thing that already caught me by surprise is how beautiful the decor and atmosphere was. I absolutely loved the murals and how colorful everything was. The service was also very quick and welcoming, and we got everything we ordered right away. The food was really tasty. I had the Pad Thai as well as the Thai chicken wings and I would definitely recommend the Pad Thai. The wings were a little lacking in flavour, but I didn't expect much with them to begin with. The Thai iced tea was also phenomenal!Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants good Thai food or who wants a nice unique atmosphere for a sit in experience.

Been to their downtown location before but love love love the vibe of this location! A little hard to spot from the street but the interior is beautiful. The food came fairly quickly and definitely reminded me of Thailand. Fair portions and lots of options on the menu. It's a little pricey but understandable with how popular this place is. The dishes were well executed and had a lot of flavour. Would definitely return again!

First time visiting and will def be back. Service was great and attentive, food was amazing, and overall a great experience. My only complaint is that it took a while for our server to take our order however food came out quick and hot. I liked how they served our meals at the same time. You have to try the coconut sorbet served in a coconut shell- best sorbet I’ve ever had. The restaurant closed at 10pm but they let us finished our meal, left around 10:30pm. Would def recommend!

It's a lot more spacious and open than downtown branch. It was busy but it was not overly packed. Recommended to make a reservation however!! We loved everything we ordered and we would definitely go back again!! We had chicken wings, green curry, pad Thai and their coconut sorbet for dessert - all of them were unique in terms of flavor and texture

Update : Tax ChargesThe total bill along with the 20% service charge for six people.. ( we have 4 adult and 2 kids ) ok that’s fine extras for staff But why is the 13% tax are calculated on top of the subtotal plus the 20% tip ?Subtotal + tips then 13% tax after as total calculationsThis is trapping and staff didn’t even mentioning or explaining why is this to be calculated.The food fell short of expectations with mediocre taste, while the service lacked attentiveness. Additionally, the dishes were both small in portion size and expensive in price.We all fell ill after dining together. We experienced severe gastrointestinal symptoms that caused us to be incapacitated for several hours and persistently unwell until the next day.

First time at PAI uptown and it won’t be my last. From the moment I got there, I loved the atmosphere. We had some time before our table so we enjoyed some cocktails at the bar. The bartenders were so helpful and friendly from helping us decide what drinks we might like to try to what dishes off main courses might be a good choice. We all loved our meals and drinks and to finish on a high note..do get the coconut sorbet! Best shared though as it’s a big portion - but just scrumptious (although I wish there was more mango) ! Thumbs up for great friendly staff all around, great music too. Might be a little loud for intimate conversations but we managed. A must try if you haven’t been here yet. Vegan options bonus. Busy area so plan ahead for parking on the street or find a green P. Subway right near by too.

Came here for summerlicious with family, and it was amazing! The food is amazing, the portions are great! Our server was super nice as well! Definitely will be coming back here!
