We went in to look at purchasing countertops for our whole kitchen (to start) the young man behind the desk didn't offer so much as a smile, let alone some help!Told me they don't have any pictures of countertops & to go to the Vaughan warehouse if I wanted to look at more. I made more than one comment about not having help & having to google info myself thinking perhaps he'd realize we could use some assistance.... Crickets! On a positive note he made our decision of which store to give our pretty large order to easier.

The people are amazing and helpful the granite I chose is incredible and the guys that came to install were awesome......if your looking for granite THIS IS THE PLACE

Recently got our countertops installed. The contractors didn’t wear masks. I had to ask them to put them on. While they were working they would take them off until they saw me coming and would place them on again. They initially wouldn’t put in a hole for the sink faucet, said it wouldn’t fit. (Not sure how they thought I could have a sink with not water) I mentioned this to my husband and said he wanted to speak to them. While he was on speaker phone they said they couldn’t talk now to explain because they were going to install the sink. When I asked why they couldn’t take the time now as he was on the phone and was at work they turned their backs to me, ignoring me and installed the sink. They broke the my trim to my cabinets on one side as seen in the picture. My drawers kept coming off the track after they left, because they had pushed the wall out where the drawers were. My husband had to go fabricate a piece to fix that. We are not happy with the seam between our slabs. When I called to explain I wasn’t happy and what could be done. Their response was to charge my credit card the remaining money. It’s been 5 days and the silicone they used hasn’t set yet. I only know this as when I wiped them down today it came away with the cloth. I have spoken with another granite company and they said it was a very bad alignment for the granite. There are also two spots on the edge where it juts out and isn’t smooth. I’m very disappointed and wish I had gone else where.

This was our first stop when looking at countertop options. We left feeling well café for snd excited for our new countertops. Julia the owner helped us and her commitment to making sure our needs and wants were met was outstanding. Countertop installation was professional and just as promised. We are grateful for this experience and I highly recommend Julia and the granite company.
