Not sure what the employees are doing at this location. Went there this morning and there were just 4 wickets open with an employee twiddling their thumbs or gazing at their computers. To add insult to injury we had to get a number from the inquiries" window. Then the machine calls out the number. It so happened that the machine kept calling numbers (3 to be exact) to the same window while there was a client still working on their issue.This is a make-work project with people unnecessarily getting paid for doing nothing. Do as is done everywhere - people line up and go to the next available booth."

I waited for three hours in the morning and waited again for their three hours of their lunch - when it was my turn - the rep is like I cannot provide you info and I have to do it online . I waited 6 hours just to listen that I can go online and do the forms. You don’t even deserve one star

The lady at 1st inquiry counter at the court is so rude and she talked so angrily with me and didn’t assist properly to me as well as my friend. She should be replaced or given proper training.

Had a very very bad experience yesterday i went to review our ticket there was a black lady she even didn't allow us to speak. Didn't look at the ticket start saying pay the full ticket we were trying to say this one is the old ticket at the end she was wrong,and still i said sorry she showed my her hand i heard about her behavior to other people i don't knkw why office didn't took any action... back people matter brown people matter too...they should better understand. I have never seen this much bad behavior in my whole life in canada.... i will try to go back and complain in person

This is a governmental place and this place represents the government. We citizens need to be welcomed and receive answers to our inquiries in a professional way. The person at the office of inquiries wasn’t very helpful and answered my questions very strange. She seemed to be upset overall of something else.

Get two ticket at same parking spot at the same time( accurate to minute) same day same location and same reason. (Only 1 on my wind shield ending with 4, another one I know there is a ticket because I receive the letter from city said pass payment due date)Try to tell the officer they make this mistake and I showed the evidence. The officer said ending 3 has payment due date of 30th, contravention date is 15th. and the ending 4 one has the penalty date of 15th .The officer even doesn’t know what is meaning of ‘contravention’ ‘due’ and ‘penalty’? I think the Governments employee should know the basic English.

Some workers at the counter are nice and helpful, and some are extremely rude and disrespectful. I went today and the lady at the inquire desk was rude for no reason, had an attitude and would scream every other sentence. Really disappointed at who they hire for these jobs. You don't have to work there and be miserable you know!

Had an appointment at 9:00 am this morning of course I waited half hour to talk to the screening officer less than two minutes for her to make affirmed decision that I have to pay $35 to park my car in front of my own garage. It’s the city street back of townhouse I don’t own it and it’s my bad luck. But the officer needs professional training for sure as we taxpayers deserve to be treated in a better and fair way!

Wish I could give 0 stars if that was an option, unprofessional staff, 5 minute wait to get past phone menu options, cant complete the simplest of tasks, and receive intimidation letters about license suspension and selling my assets when it is unrelated to a traffic offense, wouldn't be surprised if they deleted this review. Also always the staff are very rude for doing what they call a job"."

It was very bad experience on inquiry desk there was a woman with glasses she was healthy . She doesn’t allow to speak or discuss about issues. I am giving her 0 star in rating . Officer should be polite with public but she was not.
